"I don't think I can find fault in anything they
have done"
Peter and Judy Duckworth, who are in
their eighties, said they couldn't recommend the experience of moving into a
Russell Armer home more highly.
Mr Duckworth, who moved into the
property on the Master's Grange site in Kirkby Lonsdale with his wife two years
ago, said: "It couldn't have been better really, Maureen our agent was
extremely good and very upfront and I couldn't recommend the whole experience
more highly. I don't think I can find fault in anything they have done.
"It is a modern house and the
insulation is first class and it is double glazed and so the heating is good.
The construction of the house is very good, the plumbing is excellent and
Russell Armer's back up support service is really good. We are in a very quiet
cul-de-sac and so we don't have to deal with a lot of traffic noise and we are
just above a Booths supermarket.
"In theory it was going to be a
four bedroom house, but we were lucky to become involved early enough that we
were able to say that we wanted three bedrooms and we were able to re-design
the downstairs and upstairs to our requirements. Instead of four small rooms we
have got three good-sized rooms, which suits us perfectly.
"We used to live in an old farmhouse
which we loved, but we find this modern house extremely efficient. We
definitely think that we made the right move at the right time."
